Collagen recommendations:

"Personally, I really like collagen for benefits in skin, joints, hair etc. The only issue can be compliance as many are not that palatable for most people, then people won't see the results if they don't take for at least 8-12 weeks.

 

My preference is a bovine collagen (more evidence/bioavailable) without any added excipients such as stevia - it's too sweet and then you don't have the option to mix in coffee/smoothies.  Arthred, a bovine collagen is found in many preparations and is backed up by Orthopaedic studies. "
